It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Kathiramalainathan Arunasalam (Burnaby, British Columbia), who passed away on May 7, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his brother-in-law Shanthi Srikanthan of Colombo; his siblings, A. Namasivayam and Thangamani; and his sisters-in-law, Sathiabama Gunasingham and Wijeyalakshmi Tharmalingam.
He is survived by: his spouse Thikalmathy (Radhi) of North Vancouver; his children, Manjula Dufresne (Jacques) of North Van, Sahana (Hiran), Rajiyah (California) and Kalyani Chung (Ray) of Vancouver; his grandchildren, Krishnan, Uma, Nicolas, Sasha, Neelan and Jayan; and his sibling Vani (Thirunavakarasu) of Toronto. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
