He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Catherine (Phelan) and Walter Collins. He is survived by: his brothers, Bill (Heather), Dan (Sandra) and Chris (Debbie); and his nieces and nephews, Liam, Emily, Sheamus, Shepard, Nicholas and Rebecca.
