She is survived by: her husband King Cheung; her daughters, Rebecca Chan, Barbara Chan and Pamela Law; her grandchildren, Jennifer, Michael, Danny and Gary; and her great grandchildren, Chris, Shanice, Incoln and Seth.
Among her favourite activities before COVID-19 was the daily dim-sum adventures with King and friends.
