She is survived by: her parents, Russ Bourne and Susan Bourne; her sister Jennifer; her brother-in-law Joey; her nephew Jun Scorda; and her pets, Kobe, Daisy, Teddy and Cosi. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
To honour Laura's deep love for animals, the family kindly asks that instead of flowers, donations be made to Critter Care, VOKRA, or the BC SPCA — all causes that meant a lot to her.
