It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lidia Merenda (Burnaby, British Columbia), who passed away on June 16, 2020, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her husband Gino Merenda; her siblings, Giovanni, Pietro, Franco Pingitore and Enza Militerno; and her siblings-in-law, Palmo Merenda and Amina Pingitore.

She is survived by : her daughter Saverina (Giovanni Rizzuti); her grandson Domenico; her son Domenico (Luisa); her grandchildren, Franco (Julia), Alexandra, Vanessa and Adam; her great grandchildren, Nicholas and Alyssa; her sisters, Eva (Joe Ceolin) and Ines (Rino Tonon); and her sisters-in-law, Maria Pingitore and Emma Merenda. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

Due to Covid-19 restrictions the funeral mass will be held privately.
