He was predeceased by: his parents, Gabriele and Domenica; his siblings, Berardina, Louisa, Filippo and Pasquale; and his son Fredi.
He is survived by: his wife Giovanna; his children, Maurizio (Barbara) and Nadia (Ed); his grandchildren, Marco, Michael and Sarah; his sister-in-law Silvana; and his nieces, Paola, Daniela, Stefania and France.
