He was predeceased by: his parents, Domenico Petrella and Lucia Petrella; his parents-in-law, Carmelo and Antonina Cottone; and his siblings, Vittorio, Emilio, Rinaldo, Irene and Amelita.
He is survived by: his brothers-in-law, Joe Burgio (Lea Burgio) and Frank (Angela Cottone) of Stoney Creek, Ontario; and his wife Teresa. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
