He is survived by: his wife Jane Pi-Yu Liu; his children, Kay, Edward (Sandra) and Henry; his grandchildren, Karen (Will), Andrew (Yena), Ryan, Aaron, Christine (Ryan), Michael (Faranak) and Tiffany; and his great grandchildren, Theo and Rose.
