He was predeceased by: his siblings, Armando Defazio, Filomena Cupelli, Ida Villella and Sylvia Defazio. He is survived by: his wife Maria Defazio; and his children, Tony DeFazio (Debby) and Joanne Alves (Lino).

The Family has requested that in lieu of flowers can make donations to the MS Society.
