With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Nicola Giammaria (Burnaby, British Columbia), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Nicola left this world on November 26, 2025 at the age of 80, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his son Gianfranco; and his brothers, Angelo, Pasquale and Arnaldo. He is survived by: his wife Michelina; his daughter Annamaria; his daughter-in-law Denise; his grandchildren, Dante, Mauro and Alessia; and his siblings, Ausilia, Elena and Giovanni. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and several family members and friends.

Viewing will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM at the Bell Chapel Funeral Home (4276 Hastings St, Burnaby, BC V5C2J6). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Helen's Parish (3860 Triumph St, Burnaby, BC V5C2A6). An entombment will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at the Ocean View Burial Park - South Mausoleum (4000 Imperial St, Burnaby, BC V5J1A4).
