It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Philip Agostino (Burnaby, British Columbia), born in Vancouver, British Columbia, who passed away on November 18, 2025, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Anthony Agostino and Helen Agostino Hendricks; his aunt Olive Libby; his uncle Ron Libby; and his grandmother Anne Taylor.
He is survived by: his sister Maria Agostino (Peter); his sibling's children, Dimitri Katsionis and Ireland Katsionis; his stepchildren, Kyle Mackenzie and Kayla Mackenzie; his girlfriend Darlene Pudar; his girlfriend's daughter Naomi; his cousin Anthony Tillman William (Tiffany); his aunt Rosemarie Tillman; his cousins, Rose Marie Griffith and Jim Libby (Rohini); his uncle Al Williams; and his cousin Michael (Steve).
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the St. Francis de Sales Parish (6610 Balmoral St, Burnaby, BC V5E1H2). A burial will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 at 1:15 PM at the Mountain View Cemetery (5455 Fraser St, Vancouver, BC V5W2Z3). A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
