It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Rainer Joachim Zindler (Burnaby, British Columbia), who passed away on June 16, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, August Zindler and Gerda Zindler; and his brother William. He is survived by: his children, Randy Zindler (Patricia), Cheryl Berto (Frank), David Zindler (Trina) and Ryan Zindler (Shari); his stepchildren, David Ross (Arlene) and Cheryl Jaud (David); his grandchildren, Daniel, Cailee, Cameron, Elise, Zoe, Benita, Josh, Talia, Sara, Amy, Tolu, Temi, Daryl and Christopher; and his sister Irmgard (Nikolai).
He continued to practice his craft until he was 89 years of age, stopping only because of COVID19 shutdowns in 2020.
