We are sad to announce that, on October 10, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Shelly Spence in Burnaby, British Columbia. Though Shelly may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Shelly touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her husband Brian Spence; and her father Garry McConville. She is survived by: her sons, Justin and Dallas McConville; her grandchildren, Brooklyn, Ryan, Jacob and Nicolas; her sisters, Laurie, Julie and Tracey; and her mother Jean McConville.
