Simo Andjelic Obituary

We announce the death of Simo Andjelic (Burnaby, British Columbia), who passed away on June 27, 2026, at the age of 90. Simo will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his wife Anica; his parents, Djuro and Sofija; and his siblings, Jovan, Mihajl, Todor, Milica, Ilinka and Draginja.

He is survived by: his children, Milena (Jovica), Diana (Mihajlo) and Djordje (Zorica); his grandchildren, Maja, Snježana (Igor), Lana, Natalija, Tiana, Anica and Marko; and his great grandchildren, Filip and Sofia. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, extended family members, kumovi, and friends.
