It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Tania-Marie Nadine Hodgson of Burnaby, British Columbia, who passed away on October 13, 2025, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Samuel Ansel Spence. She is survived by: her mother Sonia DaCosta-Spence; her husband Mark; her children, Spencer, Marley and Harris; her siblings, Dwight (Kelly) and Shannon Berry (Kevin); her brothers-in-law, Derrick (Sarah) and John (Megan); her siblings' children, Roshan, Tekarah Leynes, Jem, Morley, Quinn and Keir Hodgson; her parents-in-law, Robert (Heather) and Fran Hodgson; her aunt Juliette; and her uncles, Neville, Stafford, Devon, Holbien and Roosevelt.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 20th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Ocean View Funeral Home (4000 Imperial St, Burnaby, BC V5J1A4). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, November 21st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Oceanview Funeral Home (4000 Imperial St, Burnaby, BC V5J1A4).
