He was predeceased by: his parents, Lim Fook and Lim Lee Yee Tai; his siblings, May Ha and Kwok Yu; and his nephew Stephen Lam.
He is survived by: his wife Laura Lim; his children, Kirb (Heather), Kevin, Alvis, Darryl (Akiko) and Cheryl (David); his grandchildren, Kentaro, Calleigh, Kiera, Hanna and Zoe; and his sister Kam Lai.
