He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles E. Martin and Ella; his brothers, Bill Martin and Dale Martin; his son Jerry; and his sons-in-law, Sonny Harper and Umstatter.
He is survived by: his wife Alice; his daughters, Linda (Billy), Karen and Joy (Ron); his daughter-in-law Kim Hiebert; his sister-in-law Betty Martin; his sons, Tim (Rita), Rick (Doris), Kerry (Pat), Mark (Gail) and Gary (Vicki); and his grandchildren, Paige (Martin), Bud, Patty (Rod), Jon (Michele), Christy (Leon), Charlotte, Melvin, Ryan (Shawna), Kevin (Tegan), Alyssa (Kyle), Christopher, Brian (Aura), Shawn, Jenna, Brad (Eirika), Danny (Jenn), Charlie (Tami), Calvin, Wade, Janice (Mathew), Kyle, Kurt, Otto, Sharon and Adria. He is also survived by 34 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
