He is survived by: his close friend Brian; his wife Kelly; his mother Gail; his siblings, Derek (Stephanie) and Meredith (Mike); his mother-in-law Darlene; his grandmother Bev (Oregon); his aunts and uncles, Roper, Taggart, Oliver, Connor, Bowen, Rowan, Trish (Tom), Kathie and Patty; his cousins, Rusty (Amy), Randy (Kelly) of Heidi, KC, Jackie, Kurt and Wade; and his caregiver Dr. Robin Sutmoller.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, October 25th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Maritime Heritage Centre in Campbell River (621 Island Hwy, Campbell River, BC V9W2B9).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Kyle's name to the Campbell River Hospital Foundation or to the River City Cycle Club to help maintain the trails Kyle loved to ride for so many years.
