He is survived by: his wife Eleanor; his daughters, Carina (Mike), Nicole (Anton) and Heather (Brett); his grandson Max; his siblings, Susan (Peter) and Brad; his nieces and nephews, Michael, Morgan, Jane and Brenda; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Majka, Taj and Owen; and his caregivers, Dr. Campbell, Dr. Nelson, Dr. Tung, Dr. Dhansay and Dr. Bond.
