We are sad to announce that on January 18, 2021, at the age of 84, Muriel Joan Dakers (Campbell River, British Columbia), born in Victoria, British Columbia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Stewart and Muriel Stewart; and her sister Anne Best. She is survived by: her husband Don Dakers; her children, Rod Fraser (Kerstin), Carol Ferguson (Chuck) and John Fraser (Holly); her stepchildren, Richard Dakers (Mariah), Karen McMillan (Duane) and Ron Dakers (Glory); her parents-in-law, John Dakers (Margriet), Walt Dakers (Carol) and James Best; her grandchildren, Sarah, Iesha, Clifton, Justin, TJ, Levi, Kasen, Jace, Adam, Victoria, Makayla, Jake, Kaitlin, Meagen, Shae, Nicholas and Christopher; and her great grandchildren, Kallie, Jackson, Leyann, Ayla, Lynux, Lazarus, Lillith, Lucien, Iver, Mia, Erich, Gwen, Dakota, Avaih, Payton, Sydney, Emmitt, Addison and Kaiden. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, and 19 great grandchildren.
The family asks that, instead of flowers, donations be made to the MS Society of Canada.
