He was predeceased by: his parents, Sarah Cook and William Cook; and his siblings, Patience, Bill, Earl, Ronald, Churby, Eunice and Elsie.
He is survived by: his siblings, Milton, Haviland, Shirley, Honey, Mary and Verna.
A funeral service was held on Friday, January 9th 2026 at 1:00 PM.
