She was predeceased by : her parents, Ann Maria Calcutt and Charles David Towriss; and her stepbrother Jack Sutton Stokes. She is survived by : her husband Sheridan Patterson (Pat); her sister Kathleen Annie Burns; her nephews, Mike (Chris) and Kevin (Rhonda); and her grandchildren, Samantha (Mike), Mike and Jack.

Due to Covid-19 restrictions the service will be a small by invitation only.

From the time when she was a little girl Gwen loved cats so in lieu of flowers a donation to the SPCA would be greatly appreciated.
