He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Funk and Gertrude Funk; and his brother Ronald Funk. He is survived by: his wife Dolores; his children, Graham Funk (Avril), Valdena Zacharias (Gerald) and Scott (Cheryl); his grandson Douglas Zacharias (Devon); his great grandchildren, Kesler, Nate and Olivia; and his sisters, Evelyn Schmidt and Diane Braun (Elmer). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
