Alida Cornelia Eckhardt Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Alida Cornelia Eckhardt of Chilliwack, British Columbia, who passed away on June 30, 2022 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Andries and Cornelia; her siblings, Kees, Adrian, Andrew and Jane Boesterd; and her siblings-in-law, Willy Stam, Nelly Stam, Frank Boesterd and John Stoutjesdyk.

She is survived by: her husband George; her children, Pete (Marion), John (Alyson), Sue Herfst (Dave) and Gordon (Karen); and her parents-in-law, Ted Stam, Corrie Boesterd, Clara Stam, Ada Davis (Bob), Jackie Stam, Corrie Stoutjesdyk, Bert Stam (Jan), Karel Stam (Mary) and John Stam (Arlene). She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
