He is survived by: his wife Sharron; his children, Kevin (Vicky), Kelly (Rebecca) and Sharilyn Van Ruitenburg (Maarten); his grandchildren, Korissa, Karaline Siemens (Jon), Sydney Brennan (Curtis), Isabel Vanee (Steve), Kole (Alyssa), Annalisa Visscher (Josh), Koralee, Olivia Lindhout (Nigel), Nikolas Van Ruitenburg and Jaden; his great grandchildren, Sadie, Harley, Beau, Kai, Joel, Lila, Koen, Roman, Elayna and Petra; and his sister Lydia Mckay of Vancouver.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Salvation Army Church (46420 Brooks Ave, Chilliwack, BC V2P1C5).
