He is survived by: his parents, Gordon Loewen (Robyn) and Robie Hambly (Rick); his wife Carrie Jackson-Loewen; his sons, Kristian Loewen (Kayla) and Kaleb Loewen (Kirsten); his granddaughter Brynlee Loewen; his stepchildren, Micaela Jackson and Riley Smith; and his siblings, Derek Loewen (Kyle), Dana Emmons (Gord) and Darcy Loewen. He is also survived by six nephews and nieces.
