We are sad to announce that on May 20, 2025, at the age of 92, Frederik Kloot (Chilliwack, British Columbia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Willem Kloot-Boers and Janna Kloot-Boers; his sons, Bert John and Robert; and his parents-in-law, Bertus and Johanna van den Brink.
He is survived by: his wife Jacoba; his sons, Jim (Alma), Alfred of Chilliwack and Don (Caroline) of Lethbridge, AB; his daughter-in-law Kim Veldman of Coaldale, AB; his grandchildren, Brandon (Cindy), Jordan (Amy), Chad (Angela), Cody (Kori), Cayden (Jolene), Jeff, Michelle, Bert (Leny), Dariann (Kyle), Dustin (Brittany), Sara, Hailey, Jesse and Justin; his sisters, Ans van Beek and Jopie Breunissen of Kesteren; and his siblings-in-law, Henny van den Brink of Chilliwack, Ineke van den Brink of Chilliwack, Willy Terpstra of Chilliwack, Dianne van den Brink of Chilliwack, Evelyn Wierks of Chilliwack, Alice Kloot of Chilliwack, George of Chilliwack, Wilma van den Brink of Chilliwack, Bert of Chilliwack, Wendy van den Brink of Chilliwack, Gerry of Chilliwack and Carol van den Brink of Chilliwack. He is also survived by 24 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.
