He is survived by: his wife Mirella; his sons, Trevor, Jonathan and David; his daughters-in-law, Sierra and Ashley; his grandsons, Tatum, Krue, Luca and Obi; his sister Linda Maxwell; his brother-in-law Neil Maxwell; his nephew Kevin Maxwell (Rochelle); and his great-nieces, Emma and Olive.
