He was predeceased by: his parents, Jan and Tannetje. He is survived by: his wife Jenny; his children, Ken (Nindy), Heather (Tom Beeke), Wendy (Mark Hamstra), Tom (Alice), Jenita (Erik Devisser) and Matt (Meagan); and his siblings, Eva (Henk Klop), Casey, Tanny (Bill Vermeer), Brian (Darlyne), Pauline (Henk Visscher), Betty (John Keefer), John (Wilma) and Hannah (Bert Brunia).
A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the First Ave Church (46510 First Ave, Chilliwack, BC V2P1W9).
