He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his children, Jacqueline (Jim), David (Sharra), Tracey, Leah (Daryl) and Judi; his grandchildren, Chris, Jamie, Sarah, Allen, Janis, Hailey, Josh, Jade, Jenna, Kyana, David, Kevin and Charlene; his great grandchildren, Cohen, Serenity and Jackson; his siblings, Kitty, MaryAnn, Gloria (Jim) and Donald (Sylvia); his father-in-law Mike; and his sister-in-law Gale.
No flowers by request, if desired, donations can be made in Jack's memory to the Terry Fox Foundation.
