It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jacob Michael Creasey (Chilliwack, British Columbia), who passed away on August 6, 2020, at the age of 24, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his nieces and nephews, Makenna, Caden, Braeden and Riley; and his brothers, Dylan (Ashley) and Austin.
