We are sad to announce that on November 7, 2025, at the age of 73, Karen Yvonne McCaughan (Chilliwack, British Columbia) passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Karen Yvonne McCaughan to pay them a last tribute.
As we bid Karen farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Karen is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilfred Figgitt and Beverly Figgitt. She is survived by: her husband Jim McCaughan; her siblings, Bill (Marilyn) and Linda (Jim); her children, Kathy (Chad), Kristy (Jeff), Daniel (Pamela) and Jillian (Jason); and her caregiver Ella. She is also survived by ten grandchildren.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Yarrow Alliance Church (42479 Yarrow Central Rd, Chilliwack, BC V2R5C8).
