It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Marie Ellen Yelich (Chilliwack, British Columbia), born in Burnaby, British Columbia, who passed away on April 28, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Matthew Yelich; and her parents, Margaret Knapfl and Henry Knapfl. She is survived by: her children, Carmen Yelich and Gord Yelich (Linda); and her grandchildren, Kiefer (Alaina), Keadon and Lian Yelich. She is also survived by 3 brothers, 1 sister, their spouses, and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
