With solemn reverence, we commemorate Mona Victoria Bradwell (Chilliwack, British Columbia), born in Gleichen, Alberta, whose life came to an end on October 23, 2025 at the age of 94, leaving behind cherished memories. She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Short and Helen Short (Sache); and her sister Marie Turnbow (R. Vernon Bradwell). She is survived by: her children, Tony (Phyllis), Verona Dickout (Jack), Monty (Kim), Kevin (Cindy), Taryn Dixon (Ron) and Phil (Karen); and her siblings, Donna Logan and Jack Short (Audrey).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to BC Alzheimer's Society or to Children's Heart Network Mila's Fund in memory of one of Mona's great grand-daughters. The family wishes to thank Rev. Giovanni Schiesari, Dr. Paul Basson, and the staff of Birchwood Manor and Cascade Lodge for their care and contribution to Mona's life.
