I; her stepfather Tom Wientjes; her partner Doeke Rintjema; her children, Calvin Reid, Caitlin Reid and Anna Maria Walton; and her brothers, Sean (Natasha) and Carey MacDonald. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
