Peter Poirier Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on December 24, 2022, at the age of 99, Peter Poirier of Chilliwack, British Columbia, born in Cheticamp, Nova Scotia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Mary (LeRue); his parents, John Poirier and Christie Ann Cormier; his son Joseph Poirier; his grandson Tony Dunn; and his siblings, Joseph John, Willie, Marie, Christine, Emma, Sophie, Bella, John, Elizabeth, Antoinette, Leon, Rose, Isidore, Marguerite and Patrice.
He is survived by: his sons, Raymond Poirier (Barbel) of Ottawa, ON and Francis Poirier (Lynda) of Shelburne, ON; his daughter-in-law Marlene Poirier of Chilliwack, BC; and his grandchildren, Amanda, Joseph Jr., Emily, Justin, John, Nick and Lisa. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
