It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Rita Waltraud Henschel (Chilliwack, British Columbia), who passed away on October 15, 2022, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Erich. She is survived by: her children, Cornelia Kauenhowen (David), Karin Fehlauer (Manfred), Holger Henschel (Brigitte) and Peter Henschel (Anna); her sister Eva Junker; and her sisters-in-law, Irmgard Reich, Ingrid Engelbrecht (Herbert) and Gerda Gusse. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren.
