He is survived by: his wife Karen Butler; his children, Gary, Adair (Corrina) and Doré (Doug Dicks); his siblings, Ken (Donna), David (Co), Terry (Pat) and Cherie (Earl Dean); and his grandchildren, Kathryn, Alexander, Evan, Melanie, Summer and Lacey.
