He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Clay and Kay Clay; his daughter Holly; his grandson Keenan Clay; and his siblings, Chad, Carlyann Lawrence and Noreen Morrice.
He is survived by: his sons, Kevin (Shelley), Clinton and Shane (Cathy); his wife Ellen Brekkaas; his grandchildren, Koare, Kramer, Kael, Trent, Kindree, Elizabeth and Aida; and his sister Shirley Conrad. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
