We are sad to announce that on February 5, 2021, at the age of 66, Daniel Chan (Coquitlam, British Columbia) passed away. He is survived by : his wife Daisy; his children, Victor, Ayako, Nelly, William, Jake and Shirley; and his grandchildren, Kei, Rei and Sophie. He is also survived by numerous relatives and friends.

Due to COVID protocols, we cannot have everyone attend the service in person.
