He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon Sparkes and Clara Sparkes. He is survived by: his wife Ana Ron; his children, Randall, Kevin (Tracy), Karen (Todd) and Tracey (Dave); his grandchildren, Dwain, Victoria, Dallas, Tess, Shannon, Cameron and Breanne; and his great grandchildren, Lux, Ivy, Leir, Peyton and Macey.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 1st 2026 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at 940 Porter St, Coquitlam, BC V3J5C2.
