It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Gerry Wong (Coquitlam, British Columbia), who passed away at the age of 81, on July 19, 2021. He was predeceased by: his parents, Wally and Della; his siblings, Gordy and Gladys; his nephew Eric; and his parents-in-law, George and Mae Eng.

He is survived by: his wife Merilee; his children, Lisa (Jay) and Andrew (Kelly); his grandchildren, Jaxon, Kenzie, Ava and Cruz; his brother Gilby (Pauline); and his sisters-in-law, Eleanor, Bev (Bud) and Georgia (Ron).

At Gerry's request, a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date after all COVID restrictions are lifted.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in his memory to the Royal Columbian Hospital or Laurel Place Hospice.
