He is survived by: his close friend Vera Lynn Hamilton; his sisters, Valerie Rodden, Joanne Bucknell and Tracy Macaloney; his cousins, Michael, Teresita, Ryan, Megan and Matthew Birtch; and his friends, John Hanson and Howard Cairns.
