He is survived by: his wife Bev Golem; his children, Grant Golem and Monica Parkin; his grandchildren, Teagan, Lenna, Saxon, Jack and Kira; his brothers, Edward and George Golem; and his caregivers, Rhonda, Pat, Jennie, Andy and Jenn (family: Reggler, Booth).
