With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Alma Evelyn Gibson (Courtenay, British Columbia), born in Nanaimo, British Columbia, who passed away on June 19, 2020 at the age of 102. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Ellis and Evelyn Ellis; her husband Herbert Gibson (Don Hass); her children, Randy Gibson and Darla Montgomery; her grandsons, Chris and Aaron Erickson; and her brothers, Norm and James Ellis.
She is survived by: her daughter Sherry Halls (Cliff); her daughter-in-law Lesley Gibson; her grandchildren, Ronnie Lister, Kelvin Lister, Darren Erickson, Kevin Erickson, Alan Gibson and Jillian Gibson; and her brother Gordon Ellis. She is also survived by ten great grandchildren.
