We are sad to announce that on November 9, 2019, at the age of 83, Manning Brown Frail (Courtenay, British Columbia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Hester Frail and Vincent Frail; and his siblings, Crandall, Gerry and Alice.
He is survived by: his wife Eva Frail; his children, Michael (Teresa) and Juanita (Ken); and his grandchildren, Manning (Stefanee), Brien, Kevin and Melissa. He is also survived by his siblings, family, and friends.
The family asked that anyone wanting to make donations in Mike's honor may do so at a charity of their choice.
