She was predeceased by: her grandson Jeremy; her brothers, Rand and John Hartley; and her parents, Florence Hartley and Donald Hartley.
She is survived by: her husband George Alexander McKenzie; her daughters, Cheryl Anne McKenzie Wilson (Jason Wilson), Linda Christine Petkova (Kiril Petkov) and Diana Kathryn McKenzie (Chris Lay); her grandchildren, Vanessa, Emma, Alex, Anna, Colin and Norah; and her brothers, Lorne, Jimmy, Charlie, Peter, David, Bruce and Jerry.
