It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Vickie-Lynn Schmidt (Courtenay, British Columbia), born in Kamloops, British Columbia, who passed away on October 22, 2019, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Rita Marie Wruth and Keith Wruth; her husband Dennis; her children, Kelly, Jacob, Debra and Mikel; her grandchildren, Adam, Sarah, Bailey, Sydney, Dane, Kobyn and Jaxon; and her siblings, Tony, Judy, Jim, Daron, David, Donna and Denise.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made into the Vickie-Lynn Schmidt Memorial Fund to go toward pancreatic cancer research.
