He was predeceased by: his parents, William MacKinnon and Euphemia MacKinnon; his wife Tena; and his siblings, John Bernard, John Roger, Patrick and Mary.
He is survived by: his brothers, Charles, Daniel and Allan; his sons, Ken (Monique), Allan (Maria), Bill (Geneviève) and Gerrard; and his grandchildren, Cyrus, Avery, Lia, Allana and Kenny. He is also survived by his in-laws, nephews, nieces, and cousins.
