He was predeceased by: his parents, Gladys Jolie and Joseph Jolie; his former wife Shirley Aikman; his sons, Gordon and Daryl; and his siblings, Toy and Royce.

He is survived by: his wife Betty Danell; his daughters, Sheri Deatrich (Roger) and Jocelyn Fiorentino (Tony); his daughter-in-law Elfi Jolie; his stepchildren, Bernece Foreman (Moat) and Karry Danell (Pattie); and his brother Cyril Jolie (Laurel). He is also survived by eight grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren.
